Thriv was born out of pure passion to promote the future of work movement within the IT industry. The future of work movement is driven by people's need for flexibility, purpose, and self-expression in their day-to-day work lives. All of us at Thriv share the belief that traditional employment is no longer a sustainable model for neither individuals nor companies operating in the digital age.

People want freedom. Freedom to work on what they feel passionate about, freedom to customise their work life both time and location wise, as well as freedom to fully control their financial future.
